About the Cakes

Wild Orchid Baking Co. is a custom cake studio located on the coast of NH, serving NH, ME, MA & beyond. We are dedicated to creating gorgeous confections that taste as amazing as they look. Design & flavor possibilities are limitless, and each cake is as special & unique as the person it is for. Cake designer Erin Gardner believes that “great cakes start from the inside out” and only uses fresh, high quality ingredients; creating all of our cakes, buttercreams, and fillings from scratch. Your cake will always be baked fresh for your event – never frozen (never ever ever).

Every single flower, leaf, and bud that you see on all of Wild Orchid Baking Co.’s cakes is hand-crafted out of sugar paste by cake designer Erin Gardner.
